Leavenworth Winter Sports Club (LWSC) has completed the bidding process for the Ski Hill Restroom Project, located on Ski Hill Drive - north of the Leavenworth city limits.
The project was but on a multi-prime approach. The three bid packages were:
- C-01 Earthwork & Utilities
- C-02 Concrete Work
- C-03 General Building
McMahon Excavating was awarded the Earthwork & Utilities Contract and work was started in the fall of 2024.
Stromer Enterprises LLC was was awarded Concrete Work Contract and will begin work in the spring of 2025.
Elevation Builders Group LLC was awarded the General Building Contract and will begin work in 2025.
