The Ski Hill Lodge opens for the winter season this Saturday with a refreshed menu and winter break hours. This season’s menu leans into fan favorites — mini pizzas, chicken and waffles, chicken and fries, flavored tater tots, burritos, bagels with cream cheese, hummus wraps, and a rotating lineup of hearty soups like roasted red pepper gouda, chicken noodle, and tomato. Add in local pastries and coffee from regional roasters, and you’ve got plenty of reasons to stop in, even if you’re not skiing. On the beverage side, we’re pouring seasonal favorites including Sierra Nevada Celebration, Deschutes Jubelale, and warm glühwein to fully embrace the holiday spirit. And while the crew finishes final touches on the new bathroom facility, we should be able to use the covered pavilion for winter break!

Weekdays: 11:00 am–6:00 pm
